Ik denk dat daar mijn passie voor koken op vuur is ontstaan &#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De jaren die daar op volgde groeide mijn liefde voor barbecue\u00ebn. Eerst op de kettelgrill van mijn vader, later al snel op mijn eigen Kamado.\u00a0Toch bleef ik nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technieken en wilde ik meer dingen proberen. Vooral de Amerikaanse barbecue cultuur fascineerde mij enorm. Het echte low en slow werk op hout gestookte Amerikaanse smokers.<\/p>\n<p>Ik kwam er al snel achter dat kwalitatieve offset smokers nauwelijks verkrijgbaar waren in Nederland. Zelf ben ik al heel wat jaar werkzaam in de metaaltechniek en heb ik hier heel wat ervaring opgedaan. Deze ervaring cre\u00eberde voor mij een unieke kans om mijn passie voor barbecue\u00ebn en metaaltechniek te combineren om een geweldig product op de Nederlandse markt te brengen.<\/p>\n<p>Een handgemaakte offset smoker, voor de echte barbecue liefhebber die het aan durft om met vuur te spelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Be your own pitmaster. \u00a0&#8211;
