Description
Chimney
The chimney of the smoker has been designed to regulate airflow effectively. The closure valve on top makes this possible.
Removable grades
The smoker includes 2 removable grates, making it easy to clean. Additional grates can be ordered for an extra cost.
Thermometer
The smoker is equipped with a specially developed Tel-Tru thermometer that can be recalibrated. Tel-Tru thermometers are highly accurate and can measure temperatures within a very small tolerance. This makes the thermometer ideal for precise and consistent cooking of your dishes.
Wheels
The four industrial rubber wheels with aluminum rims beneath the smoker make it easy to move on a paved surface.
Inside
The smoker is designed to keep your dishes moist. In the cooking chamber, you’ll find a steel plate with space for a water pan. This helps prevent your dishes from drying out. At the end of the smoker, there is a smoke collector attached to ensure perfect airflow. This guarantees even cooking of your dishes.
