Description
Chimney
The smoker’s chimney is designed to effectively regulate airflow. The damper on top makes this possible.
Grates
The smoker includes two removable grates for easy cleaning. Additional grates can be ordered separately for an extra charge.
Thermometer
The smoker is equipped with a specially developed Tel-Tru thermometer that can be recalibrated. Tel-Tru thermometers are highly accurate and measure temperatures with a very small margin of error. This makes them ideal for precise and consistent cooking results.
Wheels
The four industrial-grade rubber wheels with aluminum rims make it easy to move the smoker across hard surfaces.
Interior
The smoker is designed to help keep your food moist. Inside the cooking chamber, there’s a steel plate with space for a water pan, which helps prevent your dishes from drying out. At the end of the smoker, a smoke collector is installed to ensure optimal airflow, resulting in even cooking.
